my mom lives across the street from a rental house that a number of "men" come there in white T-shirts, and leave in red T-shirts. and there only a short time.

is this a "gang" or something else.

they are of a look that says mexican,(no white skinned, or black skinned) and in stockton.

my mom is a bit worried...you know how moms can get.
i have told her to just not watch and make sure to not interact with them.
aka shut up and keep quiet. just stay away from them. do not look there way. etc.

true no law about a lot of men during the week and weekends no ladys, all go in and leave wearing a red shirt?? this happens during the day and evening..no late night that i have been told about.

could just be a "group" doing a recruiting trade in a house ver having a licensed and taxed business address. as i know it some gangs use clothing as a gang emblem.

going in with one color and coming out red is odd to me...could be anything, being a northsider is not hispanics only, any ethnicity can be an affiliated, but my guess its a bunch of gangbangers or wannabes...or they all work at the same store and live together which isnt far fetched

Anonymous call to police report “suspisious activity”. Use a pay phone if you can find a working one. If this is gang related activity, they will spot it and you will be able to see the increased police presence in the neighborhood. If it is something completely innocent, they may be able to tell your mom what it is.

if or if not them i just tell my mom keep out of it.
and her area gets a lot of police now. not sure if just "driving through" or patrolling.
