Internet penal code finder?

I am looking for a website that is a bit more user friendly. I need to look up a penal code ( or ?? code) for someone dumping a dangerous weapon pepper spray, razor blades, etc. (mainly a knife) at a public building, particulary a courthouse. Anyone have any suggestions as to websites or codes that can get me in the ballpark?
