    New police car?

Wonder if this would work here. The suicide doors would make it easier to put a suspect in the rear I would think.

ETA: Here is the wiki story on them. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carbon_Motors_Corporation

    Finally

    A purpose built LEO Vehicle.

Although I'd rather see something more of a full size SUV size.

I like the idea of LEO's being able to see over the traffic.

I saw one of these at the SF Auto Show a couple years back, I have a pic of it somewhere. Sweet looking car.

Obviously BMW has been trolling the Calguns LEO threads...

        Proof

I'll be waiting patiently for their job offer to be head of Corporate Idea Stuff.

Nice car, I also saw one a few years ago. I strongly think it needs more horse power however.

0 to 60 in 6.5 & 150 top speed. And last 250,000. I'am not a LEO but those #'s sound good to me. I thought the charger was cool.

I saw one at the car show a few years back. It is really big, the best part is the seats are cut out on the sides for your holster. Anyone who spends any time in a police car should know the benefit to that.

man, in Italy. they got a lamborghini for some highway police unit. I saw a video on youtube.com of some rich kid over run the state police car with his GTs Ford XD. We need some ferrari cop car or porsche at least.

Can you imagine Retired jumping in one of those, cruising around and slamming someone against the hood every now and then!

                      Looks schnazy though

The best thing about that car is it has a very distinct profile so it will be real easy to spot on your 6........

And there isn't a civilian version, so people won't be slowing down 15 MPH whenever they see a Crown Vic on the highway.
