One thing I've never quite understood. I have a prescription for Zocor (high cholesterol pills). I take it everyday. I never carry it around with me - it stays home in the cabinet, just like my Advil and cold medicine, etc.. Why is it that people with "medical marijuana" always seem to be carrying it with them all the time?

Next time, bring your license and insurance card, and leave the pot home.

I don't have to prove anything. Add a UC Education on top of that then you have a qualifier for one of the most handsome men in America. I don't despise cops, he was excessive. Would you believe I had a pendant ripped off my neck? Some officer pocket it? Of course not, I still do respect those who deserve.

Donjuan you only broke those rules as I stated. Marijuana should be irrelevant although unfavorably frowned upon. I don't think pulling over on your own was the reason this all happened. He was tailing you for a reason.

for sure i think it would have been a different outcome if that was the case. he probably didnt get a response on running my plates before i pulled over. probably. im just assuming here i dont know what was running through his mind. but nothing i can do now but get an attorney. so....yeah it sucks

A UC education on top of what? I appreciate you like to use humor while making your arguments, but it would be nice if we could understand what you are trying to say. For someone who brags about college you need to improve your writing skills. I've been there, done that, got the pieces of paper, and to this day I will always regret not going into the military. I'm sure I would have learned more there. Consciousness, sobriety, and attendance seem to be required in about 50% of courses.

Yes, I believe that you got a pendant ripped off your neck. It probably got lost while the cops dealt with a belligerent drunk. This version sounds a bit more believable. Or do you deny even being drunk?
