The prohibited person may not have ACCESS to weapons.
If they are not locked in a safe, and they have ever witnessed her in the residence, they can claim that she had access.
Honestly 8b... I know how you feel about her, but keep in mind that as a convicted felon, she can NEVER have access to any weapons.
That means that, and even this is "iffy"... Your guns must ALWAYS be either locked up or under your direct control, and she can not have the combination to the safe or access to the key.
That pretty much renders all of your guns completely useless for home/personal defense.
Just something to think about as you plan your future. A future living with a convicted felon means a future without guns. You need to make that choice soon.- Rich
