Awesome advice! He can go into court, lie (he know's he was speeding, by pleading that he is not guilty he would be, by definition, lying), and further convince law enforcement that there are no good honest citizens in the world and even the supposed law-abiding ones who got a traffic citation are simply liars who have no problem disregarding the laws of this state, lying about it, and then they can waste our tax dollars with court costs and law enforcement overtime!
But hey, it's OT for the officer so, like I said....Awesome advise.Comment

It is your decision as to what to do in court; please do not come to this forum to ask the active/retired leos here whether you should plead guilty or not. That is not the purpose of this forum and you shouldn't expect to obtain an answer from them regarding an admitted violation of the law.
You readily admitted here that you were in violation of the vehicle code and the purpose of your thread appears to be one of degree only.Comment
