If a LEO were to run my lic. plate would they know I had a CCW permit ? On a normal stop do you run the plate first or just the drivers lic or both ?

I've been out of the field to long and away from the job itself for awhile to answer the first part of your question, but I can answer the 2nd part.

Generally speaking, most leos run the plate before they stop you. That way, they will at least know the registration info, whether there are any warrants on the R/O and most important; is the car a reported stolen.

Once they stop you, then they can run your DL.

Also, there is no such thing as a "normal" stop. That's like a "routine" call; it doesn't exist, even tho the media says it all of the time. One never knows what will occur on any stop or any call.

Every time my plate has been run, it came up.

edit.. now I don't remember. Maybe it was with a DL run that it always shows.
