    Gun registration for my spouse

I recently bought my wife a 9mm handgun. It is registered in my name. Will she get into any trouble if she has to use it for home defense (e.g., armed intruder inside our house)?

Also, is there any issue with her taking it to the range or for training, when it is registered to me, not her.

NO! It's not likely that she will be harassed for shooting her OM's pistol at a range either...

In a case where the person's life is threatened, it is even legal for convicted felons who are otherwise prohibited from carrying a firearm to use one temporarily.

No. there wont be any trouble at all. If youre defending yourself no person shoudl be even remotely in trouble for that. youre married she has access to your guns and its not illegal for her to use a gun registered to you. hell she can use a gun registered to me if I give her the permission
