    Unconstitutional Laws

I've been thinkimg about this for a while since SB 2 came out. When I think back to the folk I worked with back to the 1980s I feel it would be pretty universal that if a blatantly unconstitutional law were passed everyone would adamantly refuse to enforce it. With the rate things are going I have to wonder where the current crop of cops would stand if the trend continues. Would any of the youngsters still working care to throw out their thoughts?

OK, no LE still working wants to comment-very understandable. How about the old farts that are retired? Looking back to the 80s-would you have seen SB 2 as blantantly unconstitutional back then? Or just getting real close?

So far Merced County is at least openly questioning it's constitutionality. https://www.yourcentralvalley.com/ne...uty-after-sb2/
