    Vehicle Code Enforcement

    Hey guys,

I remember in high school all the kids who put "ground effect" lights on their cars; and they didn't seem to make it more than a block without getting pulled over. It seems like people are driving crazier and crazier these days and I see cars with actual red and blue lights on the highway...

What happened? Why does it seem like a free for all our there now? I'm not trying to roast anyone, I'm just actually curious why this stuff is tolerated all of a sudden?

If shoplifting up to 1k is condoned (encouraged?) it shouldn't be a surprise that "ground effect" lights are ignored. Bigger fish to fry... a bunch of papers in an exPrez's house.

Most cities and counties have rolled back enforcement. Most will not cite/pull over for expired tags.
Many are considering not using traffic violations or vehicle code for pretext stops anymore at all. Results in lawsuits/negative press if the officers find anything.
