Well, departments as a whole don’t really use this CalGuns “LEOs” (Law Enforcement OFFICERS) forum as a resource for equipment as far as I can tell. It?s meant for the individual “officers” and not “agencies.” So it sounds rather silly that your department’s expired “trash” can’t go to a few sworn individual officers here who might want to take you up on your offer. I don’t see how that would be “unethical” when in fact it’s more of a gesture of goodwill on your part.sigpic
