My buddy works at a blue label dealership and after talking to their lawyers strongly believe this bill is going to take affect real soon. Now is a Goodtime for LEOs go grab anything on their wishlist before it takes affect and gets tied up in the courts for the next few years.Comment

With the Dems now gas-lighting Judge Benitez and the 9th circuit now officially investigating him for having a 13 year old “scared straight” in his courtroom for 5 minutes, I fear they are going to take his 2A cases away from him. As a result, this will prevent Saint Benitez from rendering a decision in favor of pro 2A cases. You watch, the 9th circuit will reassign those cases to some Libtard Obummer appointed judge.sigpic

Hard to tell.
Non-fiscal bills (as this one) have to get out of Appropriations by May 12 and out of house of origin - here, from Senate, after floor vote, to Assembly - by June 2. So this week is the chance for getting out of Appropriations.
It would need to get through Assembly committees and the Assembly floor (and, perhaps, back to the Senate for concurrence in amendments) by September 14.
