I dont know that id be so quick to trust the union to defend you. The union i was supposed to be protected by was telling deputies to either get vaccinated or lose their jobs. Never mind the fact that a large percentage of their membership was unvaccinated and not in support of the unions stance. It makes me sick to know thst people got vaccinated purely out of fear of losing their jobs because the union told them they were on their own. The membership standing in solidarity is the only thing keeping everyone employed despite the unions best efforts to scare people into compliance.

We've all seen the coverage of police officers walking out onto a deserted beach to arrest that one guy for being there, or at a city park, same thing. Just following orders imposed by city or state mandates, questionable if constitutionally legal to enforce.
