    proforce brea ruger mini14s

Hi all! If you're near Proforce Brea and have been thinking about getting a mini- 14 now is the time! They have about 15 stainless with synthetic stocks for 599.00. These are trade ins from San Berdoos DA investigators. They are pretty much brand new! They qualified with our ranges mini-14s so there's not even quality rounds thru them. Just carried in the trunk in a case. I already have my name down for one, but more leff!

Passed info to 3 LEO buddies.

One LEO friend went straight there to buy in person this morning. He only had a choice between two models of the total on the wall that were still available. The rest are spoken for?!

So, essentially I think they're all spoken for from the info given to me.

        Models with different barrel profiles.

Oh well, I don't need to spend money right now anyway. Mini's are one thing I've never gotten around to buying even though I love them. But I can't bring myself to pay more for one than for an AR.

Ugh but Proforce.... Last time I was there it was pre covid and took 3 hrs to get in line and make my purchase and another 3 to pick up. 6hrs plus 4hrs of driving to save 100 bucks on a blue label glock. I'll pay full price rather than go to Proforce again.

You have to use their online appointments or otherwise it is a long wait.

I was told about two months ago the crowds had subsided. A couple weeks ago I stopped in and the store was basically empty, but I had to take a number. It was either Wednesday or Thursday around 11am. I stood around for an hour with no numbers called and I left. It was another 1.5 hours when I received a text that they were ready to see me. Yeah, I’ll pass. Done with that.

A basic AR is a lot better value, and of course the availability of every accessory known to man. But the Mini has a lot of utility and bypasses all the “feature” issues. If it were one AR or one Mini (580+) I’ll keep the Mini.

Obviously you don't know that Pro-Force is a cops only establishment.

Detective friend that went in the morning for the Mini-14 took two hours from start to finish. Waiting for his turn and to do the DROS paperwork.
