LEOSA / HR218 permit for an out of state retired LEO

Hey all, long time lurker, first time poster. I'm currently in search of an establishment that does first time HR218 permit for an out of state retired LEO. I'm located in the Eastvale area. Thanks!

OC Indoor Range’s website mentions LEOSA on the CCW Permit Instructions section. They’re in Brea.

Orange County Indoor Shooting Range and Pro Shop CCW Permit Instructions.

This place does classes at Lyttle Creek. They were listed on the OC Sheriff’s webpage as an authorized training provider for CCW’s.

Connecting firearms students of all experience ranges with the highest level of firearms instruction, concealed carry, and self-defense education in the nation.

I'd check and see if Riverside Sheriff's Department does them.

I think you need to be a bit more clear on what you need. Do you need the yearly qualification, or what? There is no permit, you do need a department ID that authorizes carry.

If you have a retired ID card and just need a yearly requal / HR218 card, Prado shooting range will take care of you.

              218 Qual

San bernardino SD does 218 QUALIFYING for any retired LEO at their range at their Glen Helen facility twice a month. Cost $10 for any LEO other than SBSD. They also will issue a range card confirming and it lists a 24 hr number that any LE agency can call to verify. I qual with a revolver and a auto. They do record type of weapon used.

Thanks! Will try this route if my current plan doesn't work.

Thanks,I have the ID that authorizes carry but did not qualify prior to retirement. I found a place that will have me all squared away.
