          Balkanization of California. Warlords/Cartels/Gangs emboldened.

Why would any officer do anything proactive when the immunity for doing their job within law and policy is removed by this bill/law? No proactivity = no enforcement of law = slow death to everything.

No one seems to get it. It is so hard to walk the straight and narrow while the criminal doesn't care and follows those base instincts with no regards who is harmed or gets in the way.

Seems like the appropriate response is a voter proposition to strip qualified immunity from all government employees and elected officials, so they are all subject to the same litigation risk as law enforcement.

As I’ve said before strip qualified immunity from judges and DA’s~watch the criminal justice system change. Especially judges. Let them be sued for their inane decisions.

Good information on that update. While I’m retired I’m still concerned for you active duty men and women especially in these difficult times.
