Post Training Question

Hello,

I was just looking into post extended courses and haven't seen any near me at any level.

I was curious if covid changed the game? I know previously you couldn't piece all the components together by taking the classes separately. Has this changed since covid?

Just wondering if this is why I don't see the different level extended courses but individual components are still offered.

Start running now. Get two pairs of good running shoes, good cushioned socks and get up to 8 minute miles. Academies are into HIIT now as well.

Yes C19 has affected and effected all group leaning environments.
