All the local channels covered it. I think Fox News was covering it. Plus all the conservative YouTube channels covered it, like Louder with Crowder and Officer Tatum

Once in 1990s, maybe 1991, a young kid? talked all the racial crap he could think of I guess. I walked around his car and found every single violation I could find. I had to write a two page ticket. And, for the reason I could not remember now, I even towed his car.

I happened to find out he worked as a security guard in my patrol area. And, I happened to see the security manager and warned him about this guy's racial views. I discovered he was fired a week later. I had to do something about the driver's attitude on me at the traffic stop, because I had a civilian ride-along with me. That ride-along is now a LAPD Robbery Homicide detective.

I have never fought any driver. Oh, I have some stories when I worked patrol.

I do not know how you do it. I am pretty easy going but could not put up with the crap you guys and gals have to put up with. However, I recall one incident when I told an officer that she had to stop throwing my clients over a newspaper racks. It was not that he did not deserve it. I also recall one of my clients complaining that the local cops picked on him. Of course, he also said that whenever he saw one, he flipped them off. I thought about telling him that maybe if he stopped flipping them off, they might not pick on him, but did not, because it probably would have fallen on deaf ears. Some people just do not like LEOs. To me, you are the ones who are protecting me, my family and neighbors and are the ones I hope arrive quickly, if and when I need backup.
