    Looking for holster

Can someone recommend a Duty holster for a Glock 34? My son is starting the academy in a few weeks and I wanted to buy one for him.

    Thanks

The safariland 6285 is a great duty holster. Used it for about 15 years.

The specific one for the glock 34 is
          6285-683-411. I'm assuming he's right handed.

Man, he should go with the 17 and not the 34. I have both. The 34 is too long on the hip and while seated in the car comfortably. The 17 is better suited for patrol in my opinion and I’m not a short guy, I’m 6’1.

Safariland dealer here. Safariland is the most common Le holster company.

If you get a light bearing 7360, it will fit a Glock 17 and 34 with or without a light although it’s a bit clunky without the light. These will also work with the 19 technically.

They come in plain and basket weave
