Law makes no mention about "duty use"

Buds is shipping it to a Ca. FFL correct?
I am confused. It should be shipped to the Ca. FFL with no issue.
It would be your Ca. FFL that needs the info on your exemption to do the DROS?

Not for individuals, anyway - Agency purchases are apparently "for use in the discharge of their official duties" which seems to make sense, but the sentence about sworn members does not have that limitation.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

Bud’s never used to be dycks like that. Try Kentucky Gun Co or Tombstone.

I've ordered from Proven Outfitters and Gun Prime without any issues. Some vendors make their own policies that require unnecessary documents.

Hello Guys. I hate to piggie back off the OP, but I, similarly, purchased an off-roster Sig x5 Legion from PSA and asked to ship to a local FFL. Given the demand for the handgun, I opted to take a chance to order and hope for the best. Has anyone encountered similar issues with PSA with regard to credentials for LEOs? Thanks in advance.
