Small notebook

I am a security guard at a hospital and have to take little notes on this and that over the course of my shifts. I want to get a permanent notebook cover which I can keep, while replacing the pages inside when they are full. This way I can attach permanent notes to the inside covers (codes, call signs, numbers, etc) and not have to recopy them when I fill my notebook. I need it to be topbound and black, preferably leather if they aren't too expensive.

From what I have seen LE use these extensively, I want one but can't find out where to get on. Please help.
