One of my sales reps lives across form the house.
It was a roomate that refised to leave after being told no more renting.
Owners went in with 3 officers. Murderer was compliant.
Then he went up to his room quickly and told them he was not leaving.
Cops went to the room.
Murderer opens door and shoots cops point blank.
Cops pull cammander out as both owners flee.

SHoot out lasts from 4 until midnight.
50 round volleys at a time.
Snipers holding him down.
flash bangs tossed in.
killed eventually.
my rep is in the gun business and her husband is retired leo. they guessed about 500 rounds exchanged. mostly by leo just to keep him form shooting.
