Safariland tlr1 and olight Valkyrie

I currently have a safariland tlr1 holster with level 3 retention. Do any of you know if an olight Valkyrie will fit? We are issued m&p 2.0 4.25" model. I am trying to find out before ordering a Valkyrie. I do t have the exact model of holster availible at this moment. The light dimensions seem very similar but dont have the olight to check. Thanks for info on this. This is not meant to be a tlr1, surefire, olight debate. I'm just looking at options. Thanks!!

Until someone can give you a “definitely”... my Bravo holster for TLR-1 accommodates my PL Pro Valkyrie just fine. And my ANR concealment holster for X300 also accommodates the Valkyrie. I have read that any holster that fits an X300 will also work for the Valkyrie, and I found that my Safariland ALS holster for X300 fit the TLR... I think the dimensions of all three lights are pretty close, and I haven’t had any cross-compatibility issues with any of the three lights across several style of holsters.

Assuming your Safariland holster has a retention screw at the light like mine does, I’d feel pretty confident that you’ll be okay.

On Safariland rigs, they will fit just about anything that is even remotely close. There is no retention against the light itself.

I use the same holsters for TLR-1s, TLR-1HL, and Surefire x300s.

Hey guys, just a quick update incase anyone is ever wondering the fitment of the olight Valkyrie pro. The light fits into the safariland holster with no issue. I am really enjoying the light and is plenty bright. My favorite part and reason for going with this light is the charging feature. So far it is great. I'll find out for sure when I shoot with it.
