It seems a similar incident happened early this year??
In fact a police Lt got in trouble for that one:
And the dude is suing them for that one.Cellphone video taken at the scene shows Grays being taken into custody after he shouted at the driver of the vehicle to slow down; the driver turned out to be an undercover cop.
Grays was later charged for being disorderly and resisting arrest, however, police later dropped the charges and the police lieutenant who oversaw the arrest was stripped of his gun and badge, according to the NYPD.
And what is with the photo caption in the OP article? They say this:
At this point I am confusedafter he was arrested for allegedly making a gun with his hands to police who were trying to pull him over in their cars.
- Does this guy have the worst luck with undercover police related vehicle incidents?
- Did he have a gun or just a finger gun?
- Is this latest article completely wrong or even someone (they only cite unnamed sources) trolling the NY Post?
- If this latest incident did happen, was it some sort of payback?
