Quite a few good places to eat there in Livermore. Check out my favorite, Demitri's Taverna. Greek food, done in a sort of "Updated California Style". Quite tasty.

Also, and on a different topic, Baughman's Western Outfitters is one of the only places I know in NorCal that knows how to steam and reshape a hat.

I’m not from Livermore but I do work for chipotle. Not the restaurant but behind the scenes. The cops should have completed a survey. I assure you as a company this behavior is not tolerated. I apologize to the officers that ate at this location.
