Funny, thank you for sharing that...the 2nd youths removal of his shirt and walking toward the officer detaining the 1st youth and then the immediate consequence.

I really enjoyed this vid for some reason I sent it to a lot of people. Taking off the shirt first was so cute. I've actually only ever saw this in person one time. When it happened everyone started laughing. It was even raining when I saw the guy take his shirt off!Comment
