    Unusual CA tag?

    It's been a while since I've run plates but, how would you 28 this plate and what would you expect it to return?

                      Thanks! I'm not so sure I'd be proud to advertise I was a CA legislator, retired or otherwise. Had I known this yesterday I might have thrown the driver a mean look
