    INJUSTICE?

    IMHO..................DEFINITELY

Both State and Federal prosecutors failed to find cause for indictment or punitive action against officer Pantaleo. Based on the factual evidence of the case.

This "ruling" is also IMHO. Nothing more than a catering to "Race Baiting Activists". Such as DeBlasio and Al Sharpton.

At 50 seconds into the vid. Sharpton states facts in evidence. Then immediately ignores the fact he just quoted. To promote his anti popo agenda.

If someone can "say 11 times" that they "can't breathe", that is proof positive, that they are "in fact, breathing".

After multiple coroners examinations determined, that the morbidly obese Garner died of "coronary failure". [heart attack]

DeBlasio and Sharton are still pimping the "Choked to Death" lie.

Fits their narrative better. Liberals have never been known to adhere to truth and facts. I would expect nothing less from those pimps of liberal lies.

...and where does that community say "hey just follow police officers legal orders?" to prevent that terrible outcome. Oh wait they don't.

love how a judge with absolutely zero knowledge on defensive tactics can unilaterally decide that a choke hold was used

Yes, quite troubling. Also the NY Associated Press who authored the article, IMO intentionally referring to "THE JUDGE", who isn't really a Judge is as biased as it gets in the BS-media.

The administrative judge, Deputy Commissioner of Trials Rosemarie Maldonado
In REAL SPEAK, she is nothing but a "PAID ARBITRATOR". And her OWN 45 page report, conflicts with her supposed finding.

London said that while Maldonado found that a chokehold was used, she concluded in her 45-page report that a lot of the contact with the neck was accidental and unintentional. The report has not been made public.

In a bystander's video, it appeared that Pantaleo initially tried to use two approved restraint tactics on Garner, much larger at 6-foot-2 (188 centimeters) and about 400 pounds (180 kilograms), but ended up wrapping his arm around Garner's neck for about seven seconds as they struggled against a glass storefront window and fell to the sidewalk.
