    Duncan Vs. Beccera Notification?

    Hi Guys,

Just wondering if any departments have notified officers of this decision? Not sure how long it takes normally or even what the process is. Would any of you share how things like this are rolled out?

    Lemme help you out:

    And at the very bottom:

    IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
    1. Defendant Attorney General Xavier Becerra, and his officers, agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, and those persons in active concert or participation with him, and those duly sworn state peace officers and federal law enforcement officers who gain knowledge of this injunction order, or know of the existence of this injunction order, are enjoined from enforcing California Penal Code section 32310.
    2. Defendant Becerra shall provide, by personal service or otherwise, actual notice of this order to all law enforcement personnel who are responsible for implementing or enforcing the enjoined statute. The government shall file a declaration establishing proof of such notice.
    DATED: March 29, 2019 _______________________________
    HON. ROGER T. BENITEZ
    United States District Judge

Maybe you could ask AG Becerra how he's gonna handle it and how long it will take?

It's not a particularly common charge (especially without other felonies to begin with); so I don't think many agencies rushed to put anything out over the weekend. Any kind of notification for things like this is usually preceded by word from the AG.

Just stock up now and I believe this means one can again pass down hicaps to their friends and family...……….. Until Grabb'n Gavin gets a higher court to overturn this cancerous law.

We haven't received any formal notification but my coworkers were all discussing the decision. Mostly laughing at the sour look libs were undoubtedly giving upon hearing the news.
