Did you try Safariland’s actual company in Ontario, CA? I’ve found actually contacting them directly, usually nets a faster resolution to a specialty item I’m looking for. It’s sometimes easier to have a customer service employee help me find something than perusing through page after page of an online catalog.

Isn't that what Lt's are for?
But seriously, doesn't your department have guidelines on what holsters are approved?

Is this for an academy or agency? What Trailer said makes sense too. I ask because there are usually guidelines on what is an acceptable holster.

Try Spetzgear in diamond bar. The one i have is a kydex owb but they make duty holsters as well.

P226 and P220 holsters are the same. The general dimensions are also the same between stainless and aluminum frames.

                Try Safariland as previously recommended.

Ebay or copquest. For duty holsters, I would trust nothing else than Safariland. Go with the 6280, 6360 or 7360. Like the poster above me said, the P220 and P226 have the same dimensions. Only thing that sucks is that safariland takes 6 to 8 weeks to make their holsters.

Use the Safariland holster finder and get the correct SKU/Item # for what you need. Then shop around other websites that have the holsters in stock and get what you need. The item # is everything. If it's just one number off, it can be a completely different holster.

You could be waiting months to get one directly from Safariland.
