    High speed chase

After watching several high speed chases on TV I got to wondering what charges these guys get. Is there someone tallying up all the moving violations or is there a single charge that is a catch all?

Thanks for all that you guys do for the test of us.

A derivative of 2800 VC depending on how silly they get. 2800.1, 2800.2, etc.

And if they do anything else while on the adventure (intentionally ram other cars, etc) then things can be added. But no one is tallying up all the unsafe lane changes or red light violations. Although that would be fun, and a whopper of a cumulative fine.

^^ tally enough to describe how the driving showed a willful or wanton disregard for the safety of the public around the suspect; note those multiple violations in your report, helicopter or airplane video of the driving is great to attach to the case, and then submit to DA after booking the bad guy.
