Santa Clara County Sheriff Hiring Process

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had knowledge about the Santa Clara County Sheriff's hiring process, especially the parts towards the end. Namely, once you pass the psych exam and medical, are you pretty much a sure thing to get a final interview? And as for the final interview, is it more of a formality, or is it like an oral board? Any insight is appreciated. For all the LEOs on our forum, stay safe!

I went through the process with SCCSO in 2013. I was encouraged to reapply after my psych. It was odd that they called me instead of just the letter. When I got the phone call I assumed it was to schedule my interview with the undersheriff.
