    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Any LEOs here take BJJ classes in Orange County and can recommend a location?

Or any recommendations on hand to hand defensive classes geared towards law enforcement officers?

Would prefer gyms closer to Westminster/Santa Ana but don't mind driving too far for a good class.

Please let me know, thank you.

I've been training for 13 years. I train with Russ Miura in Laguna Hills. I would highly recommend his philosophy for LE above the standard sport jiu jitsu school. Pulling quarter-guard and berimbolos aren't a great idea for the street....

I'm actually developing an LEO course and hope to have something off the ground in the next few months. PM me and I'll keep you in the loop.

Any reputable BJJ school will be good to go. Gracie academy is a bit far from Orange County but they have a good program. But a good reputable instructor is your best route. Most certified schools are good to go.
