    Lancer clear AR15 magazines

Anyone here have experience with Lancer clear AR-15 magazines? It seems my dept is issuing them now and I'm curious of what ppl here think of them.

Why would they go to those instead of the tried and true Magpul offerings? I have only "heard" good things about Lancer mags and personally used 10 rounders

I've used them a while back in a training class from another student. They were great. Cycled all the ammo through without a hiccup. I ran about 800 rounds through them without a problem.

We were issued colt mags with tapco rubber base plate covers glued on. Never issued Magpul mags, but those are my first choice.

I preferred the Lancers in the smoke colored. The steel feed lips are a nice feature. Never had a problem with them.
