    As others have said, not enough info. For all you know you may have left your truck unlocked and some neighborhood kid ransacked it looking for some quick cash or something easy to steal. The cop that was towing your other truck may have notice that something was wrong like a door ajar on a ransacked truck, checked it out and after seeing the stereo and everything in place went about his business towing the abandoned truck.

    So far all you claim your witness saw was a cop opening a door. Heck, for all you know he may have been the one that went through your truck.
