Can I sell disassembled Hi-Cap Mags?

So I've sold several of my older guns I no longer used in the past but I always sold them as "no mags" and dropped the price.

The P30 and P30L shared mags with my duty weapon (VP9) and mags were scarce so I welcomed extra mags. Also, I didn't want to deal with selling "hi cap" mags.

Now I have More than 15 mags for my one VP9, which I may upgrade to a VP9 Longslide or VP9 OR later this year.

I don't need anymore mags. When i sell my VP9, can I just sell them with the mags disassembled? Do you guys block them and then sell the mags or maybe sell with no mags?

Unless you sell them to an exempt person (LEO or CA FFL with large capacity magazine permit), doing this would be illegal for you and the buyer. [PC 32311(a)]

Don't include magazines or permanently modify the magazines to 10 rounds.
