    Butane Hash oil

Any narcotics officers want to confirm my opinion this town home was a butane hash oil lab?

Look at picture 18. Also there is a live dog inside one of the bedrooms so I wonder if they are still living in the residence.

Certainly has some of the indicia of an amateur BHO setup. Pic 29 really shows the butane cans.

EDIT: Pic 30 shows what appears to be a glass extraction tube, but it's hard to tell.

I would say without a doubt. Between it being a tweak den and the butane cans I can't image they haven't made BHO at some point. There really is NO other reason to have butane in that quantity and all in one area of the house...

I won't disclose my entire opinion on a public website but I can say, as the resident expert at my department for BHO labs, that there are some major red flags. The condition of the house is also consistent with those that I have previously served warrants on. That kind of house use to be unique to hoarders and tweekers, not it's pretty common for honey oil stoners. They are the new era of tweeker.

There are specific legal criteria that need to be met for a BHO lab; I'm not going to disclose what those are, but considering the condition of the house and the ubiquity of BHO these days, I would say there is a good chance there was one there at one point. Whether or not it was a "personal use" lab or a big setup, IDK.

Max butane fuel...a lot of cans there, buying butane in bulk.

LOL, I'm no detective but it doesn't take a trained eye to see there is no stove or oven in the kitchen. They only method of cooking is a countertop butane single burner stove sitting atop the dishwasher that just so happens to use those exact cans of butane.
