Hello LEO's, I have a simple question. If someone who is on probation and has stop paying their fines, would that cause a probation violation? And if any LEO's aren't busy right now wanna arrest the guy lol?

The person's probation officer would be the one to determine a violation of the probation terms and place a warrant in the system. Once a warrant is in the system, then the local SD or PD could serve the warrant and arrest.
Calling the local department/station will not likely get you anything but told to call probation.Comment
