Note: thank you for pointing out the duplicate. Unfortunately the earlier post was based on the Bay Area press who left out a very important detail. Apparently this was a .50BMG upper on an AR pattern lower... ouch.

Gov Brown signs a bill into law, and then a couple of weeks later they have an 18 yr Ofcr Arrested?
