How to shine safariland fine tac basketweave?

My department issues a safariland holster with the cheaper fine tac basketweave finish. Its molded plastic basketweave. The higher end safariland holsters have a vinyl finish that's easier to shine. No shoe products stick to my cheap holster. Anyone have luck shining this holster finish?

Oops, its.called SXT basketweave. Safariland website recommends armorall. That doesn't work.

Hey Bro,

Confirming it's solid plastic molded to look like basketweave? If so, I think you can use Mother's or Meguiars plastic polish. If you don't have that, my guess is that whatever you're using to polish your badge should also work (but test it on an area that faces in towards your leg first to confirm)...

Armorall wipes work fine for me. It's not a mirror finish, but it's better than nothing.

Lol, a few folks figured that out the hard way the first month or so. I only use the kiwi sponge on the plastic holster. Legit polish is all I use on leather.
