Carrying off duty

When peace officers are off duty, are we allowed to carry in hospitals, grocery stores and police stores such as proforce, all state police equipment, adamsons police store?

In general, the answer is "yes", but it is best that you consult with the US, CA, and local laws, your agency's policies, as well as the individual entity in question's policies.

Active and retired CA Peace Officers are not restricted from carrying on school grounds per SB-707 and PC 626.9.
