Lancer Systems AR15/M4 magazines?

Does anyone know where an individual officer can order Lancer System polymer magazines that will ship to CA? I know Magpul, SIG, and many other companies will sell to individual officers in CA, but I haven't been able to find a distributor for Lancer Systems and I'd like to try out some of their magazines.

Feel free to PM me instead of open forum reply. I'm not looking to start a debate on whether or not individual officers should be able to purchase "standard capacity" magazines.

^ This... They just require you to fax/email a copy of your ID. I've purchased from them in the past.

Thanks Gents! When you call the number on lancer's website it takes you directly to their distributor, Atlantic Tactical, who will not ship to CA period. I finally found the direct number to Lancer themselves, and they do sell direct to officers. Thanks again.
