    5.11 Zero-G Plates?

Has anybody tried these? Thinking about buying these to distribute weight more evenly on my duty belt. Been working almost 80 hours a week for the past year and I'm starting to feel pain in my knee, back, and hips.

Tactical tailor has a belt pad, works with nylon or leather belts. I got one, it's around $25. Works pretty good

When I was younger I injured my back and slipped two vertebrae out on the upper thoracic and two on the lower thoracic and have a permanent fracture on my L3 squatting heavy weights in the gym while power lifting. Eventually I will have to have back surgery and a rod placed in at some point, but until that day comes I do everything I can to help my back. I utilize this system and it is fantastic. I looked at the 5.11 zero g plates and a few other systems like it, but after trying my partners back defense system and ordering my own I would not go to work without it.
