    I worked Industry station in the early to mid 1980s and they would occasionally park a radio car on Fullerton Rd. in La Habra Heights. Back then it was a winding single lane each way road and a lot of people sped. They had a mannequin dressed in a deputy's uniform. Seemed to do the trick in slowing people up.

      Was the deputy over the guard rail with a fishing pole and tackle box too?
