It has been a tough week for Law Enforcement, the killing of San Jose Police Officer Johnson and the tragic loss of a brave, young Wisconsin State Trooper. Trevor Casper was 21 years old, just months out of the academy and on his own for the very first time when he was engaged in a gun battle with a bank robber; he and the suspect ended up dead. I realize this is not our state, but it seems when one so young and so brave pays the ultimate price, we should all know his name.
