Does anyone know if these can be legally sold to a non-LEO?

I know that the X26C and C2 are specifically for the civilian market but not sure what restrictions may be on the "regular" X26.

Legally I don't think there is anything prohibiting their sale to non-law enforcement; but company policy on the other hand I believe prevents that.

You are aware of the differences between the X26C and the C2 vs. X26

If this is the X26 the pulse is only 5 seconds long..
If it is the civilian models then the pulse if 30 seconds long..

I would advise against selling a law enforcement model to a civilian due to the short duration of the pulse.

The LE pulse is done to allow officers to go hands on and effect the arrest.
The civilian model is used to allow the person to activate it and run away. TASER will replace it if a police report is provided to TASER.
