Election in Arizona - what in the actual ****?

How do people vote for Trump but not the downballot candidates? Were there counting room shenanigans? That doesn't make sense either.

I can't believe more than 5 people would vote for Engel. A dye-in-the-wool Marxist. Sure, Tucson is full of commies, but that's just nuts.

Less then 70% of the vote has been counted Ciscomani now has a slim lead. Lake is 2% down, Trump up by 5%. But again it’s taking way to friggen long, ridiculous and incompetent. And of course leaves the door wide open for cheating.

Then in an interesting twist, R Gallego received 67,000 More votes in the Senate race than C Harris received in the POTUS race?
I understand people not voting down ballot, but Gallego receiving more votes than the D POTUS candidate just doesn't make sense.
And the cherry on top, AZ state says they have only counted 69% of the total vote almost 40+ hours after the poles closed, in a state that is heavily invested in electronic voting?

Maricopa County, which has the majority of votes in the state, said before the election, it would take 13 days to get final totals.

Most of the votes in the state are cast by mail, over a million in that county. It takes a metric crapton of manual effort to open each envelope and take the ballot out. Then they have to be fed into tabulators.

As for the disparities between the voting for POTUS and congress, that smells a lot like cheating. Like Lake votes got changed into Gallego votes. Katie Hobbs is a frickin' Einstein when it comes to election cheating, so I don't doubt she could somehow pull it off.

The problem is, nobody in this state will fix the election system anytime soon. Ducifer, the Repub governor, and a repub senate and house couldn't get it done. Mostly because most of them are never-Trumpers. If someone like DeSantis were POTUS for a couple years, and we had a Repub governor, house, and senate, then maybe.
