At any rate, she said on the radio that he served his wife with divorce papers right when she was scheduled to give birth. And then some drama about his next wife, married shortly thereafter. I didn't hear it all.

I don't know if that info was known before or in the sealed documents.

Gallego doesn't quite sound like an Eagle scout, his father was a drug kingpin and there's talk about why Gallego loves open borders so much.
