Lake is not only going to lose, she’s going to get her butt kicked. I know polls are far from the most reliable things, and many always have a spin to them but damn this looks bad. Where I'm at the commie little fat boy ex-marine running against her has adds running 24/7 Tough as Nails and all that crap, Lake hates women, etc etc all day everyday. Maybe one pro Lake add a day, it’s pretty obvious that the RNC can’t keep pace with the DNC spending wise. When/if Lake loses again she better hang it up, unelectable and a waste of RNC resources.

I have been watching Arizona turn from a red state, to purple, to leaning blue now. This election could swing the assembly and the senate over to the Dem's control and with a Dem Governor-it's the trifecta. The abortion issue on the ballot will not be good for any R. It's really disappointing to see as I had planned to move to AZ in retirement.

We don't really know how good she might be because her ad spend seems about the size of my high school allowance. All I can guess is what little money she has is being spent in Phoenix. Which makes sense because Tucson is a lost cause. I watch the same stations you do and I see an ad of hers maybe a couple times a week. Part of that might be her fault and not being able to raise money. The dem doesn't have that problem, because he's been an unlikeable weasel for decades, but he gets dem party money I would guess.

She's not unelectable because I think she won the governor's election except for the rigging of the tabulation machines. I think she made a mistake taking the hard line on abortion. Even Trump relented on that somewhat. It's particularly stupid because it's not a federal issue, it's a state one, and she's running for the Senate. Better to just stay quiet on the issue. Even if the federal legislature did come up with a bill, the Supremes already ruled on it. You don't even have to be a judge or a Perry Mason fan to read the Constitution and notice it's clearly not a federal power to legislate on health care. It falls to the states. Maybe she felt like her morals demanded she speak up loudly on the issue, but she'll have to do it from the peanut gallery, not the Senate gallery.

If she can’t beat him in a time where his party owns everything that’s wrong right now and it’s a whole lot, when can she win. Just about every poll has Trump leading in AZ, not only is she not leading she seems to be way behind, again if not now when can she win in AZ.

I hope I’m really wrong about this and she can pull this out, but it sure doesn't look good. Like I said if she fails I don’t ever want to see her on another AZ ballot, I sure as heck won’t vote for her in a primary again. She was by far the strongest Republican, and proved it in the primary. That sheriff didn't have a prayer. Who else was there? Nobody. Her problem with Gallego is money, and she couldn't raise enough, and probably never will being an abortion absolutist. Tilting at windmills is fine, but it's not going to get you anywhere when 80% or 90% of the people disagree with you.

The problem is when it comes to anyone that isn’t 100% conservative, they hate her. She is toxic to moderates and independents, that Sheriff would pull more of their votes then she does.

Yes the cheating and interference, the huge money discrepancy is a major factor. But in this election it appears the Dems won’t even need to cheat to beat her.

Ive voted for her every time she has been on a ballet, but if she loses again I never will again. What’s the definition of crazy…continuing to vote for Kari and expecting a different out come.

I feel for you and am glad that I am in Idaho where we only have to deal with RINOS. Hopefully, Arizona will recognize that Blue is the road to disaster and the collapse of the US, for which we risk our lives. Keep your powder dry!

One of the main problems we have is simple demographics, the sad fact is most Hispanics still vote dem. That is starting to change a little bit but not fast enough, too many still believe the Republican Party only cares about rich white guys and many of them think Lake wants to send them all back to Mexico. Why because the mainstream US and Mexican media repeats it over and over. My wife who is Hispanic can’t even get through to her own family, they are so brainwashed.

Maybe, but I doubt the sheriff would get any traction in the general either. At least Kari has name recognition, and if you don't have that, you need cubic money to put your face in front of everyone. The sheriff has neither name recognition nor the money he needs to change that.

The problem with her name recognition is far too many hate her name. They won’t even listen to what she has to say and worse she has zero accomplishments to lean on. I really think the Sheriff would have fared better, maybe he couldn’t have won either but I bet it would be closer. I think she is unelectable in a general election, hopefully Trump wins and can give her a spot in his cabinet I think she’ll do a great job. But she ain’t gonna win any elections.

She did not do as well as I thought she would, he was the calm and cool one. Talked out of the side of his neck the whole time, but kept her on the defensive. Don’t understand how she let that happen, he’s the one that owns the last four years but she didn’t drive that home.
