    Speaking of the AFT...

I was talking to an NFA friend of mine, and the discussion came around to the "amnesty" SBR registrations. I lamented as to how the judge invalidating the "final rule", all our registrations were likewise invalidated.

He said they were not invalidated! He's even filed a Form 5320.20, and it wasn't kicked back. Has anyone heard anything about this?

I'm going to do some research and maybe go shopping for some stocks.

I have been wondering about this myself. I have not found any definitive answers, just opinions so far. I would hope that if ATF decides to make these non SBR's, that they would offer a chance for the folks that registered them to pay the $200.00 tax to keep them SBR's.

I looked around on more NFA related sites, and they seem to be erring on the side of if-you-don't-post-a-law-saying-it's-illegal-it-ain't.
